Free shipping on all prepaid orders, pan-India.

Shipping Charges

We ship pan-India. Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal COD and/or shipping fee may apply. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order. For deliveries within India, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the product price displayed on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders and serviceable locations across India. A nominal COD fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout. Our team or delivery partner may contact you to confirm your COD order before dispatch. Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays. During product launches, festive periods, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details. This will allow you to track your shipment and stay updated on its progress.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipments may occasionally be delayed due to festivals, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, operational disruptions, parcel loss in transit, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you updated and have your parcel delivered at the earliest possible time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your jewelry to ensure it reaches you safely. However, in the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at support@niujewelry.com as soon as possible. We will work with the delivery partner to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details before placing your order. NIU cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of purchase.

Holiday & Peak-Period Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping and processing times may be longer during peak periods such as Diwali, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, major launches, and promotional periods due to increased order volumes and potential carrier delays. We recommend placing your orders early during these periods to avoid inconvenience.

At NIU, we offer a 2-day return and 7-day exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can initiate a return within 2 days of delivery for store credit, valid for 3 months. Please note that custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Products

In the rare event you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item at niujewelry.help@gmail.com.

Return / Exchange Requirements

To process your return or exchange, the product must be sent back in its original packaging, in unused condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Please also include:

The original packaging
Any accompanying certificate (if applicable)
A copy of the invoice

Unboxing Video

We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving your package. In case of any issues such as damage, missing items, or receiving the wrong product, this video will be essential in submitting your return claim.

Return / Exchange Process

Returns or exchanges will only be processed once the product has been received and inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. Their decision on the condition of the item will be final and binding.

Shipping for Returns / Exchanges

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for any returns or exchanges.

Exchange Policy

If the value of the new product is higher than the original, you will be required to pay the difference.
If the value is lower, the remaining balance will be provided as store credit, valid for 3 months.
We do not offer refunds back to the original payment method; store credit is the only form of reimbursement.
